I am so excited to announce my collaboration with Tria! I am not a fan of shaving and hate five o’clock shadow on my underarms (oh, it’s a thing!) so I will be chronicling my journey with the Tria Hair Removal Laser 4X, all in the name of beauty research of course. This is a sponsored series (my posting polices are found here), but I am already three treatments in and as always I promise to keep you posted with the good news as well as the bad news.
The Tria Laser Hair Removal 4X is the first FDA approved tool for at home laser hair removal. I’ve wanted treatment for years, but never took the plunge because time + money = ugh. Fitting in after-hours treatments from the comfort of my living room floor while watching episodes of Big Bang Theory is far less time consuming and I imagine more comfortable. Not to mention the one-time cost of the Tria device is roughly the same as two out of six sessions for one area of hair at laser hair removal office.
My main testing area is my underarms because I need to shave them daily. As my skin is sensitive there, I feel it will make an accurate judge of the pain level involved. Of course I got a little giddy by round two and wanted to laser hair removal all the things (that’s the technical phrase I’m using every two weeks when I sit down for another session) so I will keep you informed of any differences I notice.
Stay tuned for future posts as I fill you in along the way. If you have any questions, let me know and I’ll be sure to address them!
Have you had laser hair removal or would you consider it? What area of hair gets on your nerves the most?
