NARS Soleil D'Orient and Gabon
NARS Soleil D’Orient Lip Gloss and Gabon Hardwired Eyeshadow

If you’ve ever wanted easy (and I’m talking easy) holiday party makeup, this is it.  The NARS Holiday 2014 Color Collection has 13 limited edition options for you, of which I’m favoring Soleil D’Orient Lip Gloss and Gabon Hardwired Eyeshadow.  Here’s why…

Both have that little something extra to take your makeup from office to office party in no time flat.  Single shadow smoky eye?  Done.  Pop of pizazz on the lips?  Done.

First smudge black eyeliner on the upper lids, then topping with Gabon and blending, blending, blending, blending some more just past the creases.  Run it under the lower lashes and blend out, then brighten up with Rue Bonaparte Eyeliner on the waterline.  Define the upper lashes by wiggling a black eyeliner between the roots, then load on the mascara.

Lightly contour with Laguna Bronzer, add a healthy flush of color to the cheeks with Deep Throat blush, and highlight like nobody’s business with Albatross.  The gold shimmer really ties in for a festive look.

Keep it classic by lining the lips with Anse Soleil Velvet Lip Liner, applying Audacious Raquel, and adding Soleil D’Orient to the center of the lips.  The finished look has just enough sparkle without competing with the surrounding party decor.

Or…  really up the look by lining the lips with Nihiwatu Velvet Lip Liner and dotting Soleil D’Orient at the very center of the lips.

Flawless skin, one eyeshadow and full sparkling lips.  You’ll be ready in no time.

Which version would you wear – classic nude or holiday red?
