I recently saw the tiniest sneak peak of a new eyeshadow formula from NARS. Then at an appointment over the weekend I heard the new Dual-Intensity formula is amazing. And now I have all the details at my fingertips! I was so excited and distracted when the press release came in that I burned lunch. It was so worth it.
There are twelve shades of wet/dry eyeshadow being launched in the NARS Dual-Intensity Eyeshadow line that will cost $29/each:
- Andromeda alabaster
- Europa gossamer pink peach
- Dione metallic champagne beige
- Cassiopeia iridescent electric pink
- Callisto icy pink silver
- Desdemona rich shimmering burgundy
- Himalia shimmering topaz
- Lysithea shark grey
- Sycorax black
- Phoebe deep shimmering amethyst
- Giove navy
- Subra black orchid
To apply the eyeshadows, NARS is releasing a new Wet/Dry Eyeshadow Brush #49 for $28.
Apply dry for a sheer, airbrush-like finish with a luminous sheen or apply with a dampened brush for high-impact and intense, opaque color. -NARS PR
Andromeda / Callisto / Cassiopeia / Desdemona
Dione / Europa / Giove / Himalia
Lysithea / Phoebe / Subra / Sycorax
Lately I am very interested in new application techniques as well as layering products so I am especially eager to try these out.
