Becca Lowlight Sculpting Perfector product

Now that the seasons have turned and the colder months are here, I rarely reach for bronzer and instead opt for contour products and highlighters.  My current most-used face product is Becca Lowlight Sculpting Perfector.  My foundation, concealer, powder, and highlight items change daily, but for contour I’m loving the soft shadow this taupe cream is offering.

Lowlight Sculpting Perfector isn’t as ashy as some taupe powders I’ve seen which means it works for olive skin.  No muddy appearance here.  It looks natural as long as I apply where shadows would naturally fall on my face.

The difference is subtle enough to be believable, which is exactly what I like in every day makeup.  I use a stiff oblong foundation brush and tap on the product for placement.  Then I ever so gently sweep the brush back and forth lengthwise to blend.  I do find it easy to add more Lowlight Sculpting Perfector to build up the effect and often find it necessary because it is easy to over blend and lose the contour altogether.

Accentuated cheekbones are happy cheekbones and mine are loving Becca Lowlight Sculpting Perfector for giving them the lift they crave!

What is your winter contour product?
