When I think of summer makeup I think of Becca.  Effortless and beachy.  Bronzed and fun loving.  The Becca models always look sultry, but never over the top.  The Becca Beach Tints are a prime example of what the brand does best…  uncomplicated multitaskers that look natural but give that extra something.

Lychee and Dragonfruit, a hot pink and poppy pink, give me two different looks for cheeks and lips depending on my mood.  Lychee is breezy and light.  A cool pink that is surprisingly very flattering on olive skin.  Dragronfruit is a more exotic and intoxicating shade that brings out the red in my lips.  Both contain a light fragrance to match their respective namesakes.

The water-resistant formula gives a comfortable wash of color and is non-drying on my lips, but I prefer it on my cheeks.  The creamy stain imparts a beautifully natural flush that I can wear ever so lightly or continue to build.

Beach Tints are easy to buff in with a finger or a flat-topped synthetic brush.  They don’t leave a sticky residue behind so applying on the go with a finger is a breeze.  I have a hunch that Dragonfruit and Becca will live in my summer makeup bag…right next to my tinted moisturizer and waterproof mascara.

What do you think of liquid stain blushes?

Both look very cute on you! I think Dragonfruit packs a bit more punch no?

I wouldn’t necessarily say it packs more punch. But it is a deeper shade which means it pops more against my skin tone :)

You look lovely rocking both shades, and the header photograph is just gorgeous!! I actually had Lychee but it broke me out! V. sad faces all around. :( Oh well, lord knows I have plenty of other blushes lol! It was a beauty though!

Oh no! At first I thought the fruit broke you out, lol. What are the odds I’d have an actual dragonfruit laying around for that header? :)

LOL! Cracking up! I have to say, I am beyond impressed that you had a dragonfruit on hand! That alone is worth 10 points in the awesomeness category!

Both those shades look great on you! I usually stay away from stain blushes, but I have and love the Beach Tints in Dragonfruit and Watermelon. I always have one in my bag; if my lipstick and blush disappear as sometimes happens on very greasy days, I’m sorted haha!

Watermelon is a very tempting shade!

Oh man, you really DID have a dragonfruit in your fridge! :D Yum.

My brother-in-law picked it up at a market while visiting. He had a good laugh that it was such good timing for my post. And it certainly was tasty when the photo session was finished :D
